1946 Buick Fastback Sedanette

Here for sale is this 1946 Buick Super Fastback Sedanette. The 50-Series Supers shared the same big body of the Roadmaster but were equipped with the more economical engine of the Special. This car has just emerged from a 51 year hibernation, it shows 58K on the odometer and is believed to be original miles. The grandson of its owner inherited the car last year and set about to get it roadworthy again. After some brake work, all new fluids, a new battery and work on the fuel system the car fired right up. I bought the car from him last year with plans to have it repainted but never did get around to that. I did mount a set of new Firestone Deluxe Champions from Coker, but have decided to let a new owner decide where to take it from here. The car is drivable as is but would still need to be gone through a little more completely before trusting it on a road trip. The choice is yours; a scruffy survivor from the past or a fantastic starting point for restoration.
